The Premier’s Food Awards profile success and support growth within the South Australian food industry by instilling a sense of pride in the people that make up our brilliant industry.

Strengthening industry and government partnerships, the Awards also underpin the strategies of the South Australian Food Plan and goals of the South Australian Food Centre.

2008 San Remo New Product Award winner Frances Curkpatrick from Humbugz Honey said the Awards increased her business’ public profile and business confidence.

"As a small business and first time applicant, being judged by some of the best in the industry - and to win - was an amazing honour. Going through the process created a great deal of respect for those within the industry and the integrity of the Awards. I think people underestimate what a prestigious event the awards are, but once experienced never forgotten."

Add Friday 6 November 2009 into your diary for the Awards presentation gala dinner, it will be a magical night of entertainment and Awards at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

This year’s theme is ‘celebrate the magic’ and to do that, we’ll be helped by Australia’s leading contemporary magician and local Adelaidean, Raymond Crowe, and prominent media personality Ali Carle as MC.

Don’t miss this magical night - tickets are $150 per person or $1400 for a table of 10 and will be on sale from October - purchase at www.safoodawards.com.au
