Summer, the mercury is rising and the South Australian Food Industry is heating up for its biggest year ever with a new South Australian Food Plan and the 10 year anniversary of the Premier's Food Awards.

This season our bi-annual publication Food Talk celebrates the winners of the 2006 Premier’s Food Awards. We visit the South Australian Food Industry Hall of Fame inductee, San Remo Macaroni Company and interview the master of pasta, Maurice Crotti. We also meet an up and coming master in Steven Marafiote, the Young Leader with a five star future.
