It was a case of third time lucky for Tutto Pasta.
The rich, authentic roots of home style pasta has proved to be an award winning recipe for Tutto Pasta.
The family business was recognised at the 11th SA Premier’s Food Awards, taking out the Food Adelaide Value Adding Award (greater than 15 Full Time Equivalents) in a competitive field of SA food producers. It was the third year the pasta producer had been recognised in the Awards.
“We care about our ingredients and recipes, and the industry has acknowledged this attention to detail,” said Managing Director, Mr Roc Crea. “I always believed that success would follow if we stayed true to the rich, authentic roots of home style pasta production.”
Tutto Pasta manufactures fresh pasta, fresh pasta meals, frozen pasta, frozen pasta meals and organic pasta meals at a state of the art export facility in Ridleyton.
It’s a case of all in the family, with Roc’s four daughters and son in law all working in the business and mum Lina assisting in the kitchen.
The products are supplied to independent supermarkets across South Australia and Queensland, David Jones nationally, the gourmet food service trade including the Hyatt and Skycity, and Tutto Pasta’s retail outlet at Flinders Park.
