This season Food Talk celebrates the winners of the 2007 Premier's Food Awards. We visit Angelo Kotses of Bickford's Australia, the recent inductee into the South Australian Food Industry Hall of Fame and discover the hard work behind building his leading brand. We also introduce Dr Andrew Fearne, Adelaide's Next Thinker in Residence who is residing in Adelaide for the next few months to assist the food and wine industry with value chains.
