Food Talk is celebrating ten years in 2009. It seems only fitting therefore that our Face of food is Ian Young from Mexican Express who has been a prominent identity of the food industry landscape during that period. This Spring we also visit the remarkable Flinders Ranges and meet three businesses moving forward, Saltbush Livestock, Broughton River Gourmet and Golden North. We also visit Kangaroo Island where the food producers are busy attending Taste of Kangaroo Island events and inaugural experience awards. Food Talk magazine, Spring 2009 (Issue 32) (pdf, 575KB) You may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the magazine. |
