This season our bi-annual publication Food Talk looks toward the future with the release of the new South Australian Food Plan 2007-2010 and it's target of eight percent growth in finished foods per year. We also celebrate where we've come from through the success of our home grown champions, the Food Industy Development Officers (FIDOs). The Premier's Food Awards are also open for entry as we acknowledge 'there's no business like food business' in our State during the ten year anniversary of the awards. Food Talk Magazine, Winter 2007 (Issue 25) (pdf, 738kb) You may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the magazine. |
