Food SA is feeding connections to help industry grow, unite, lead and sustain South Australia’s food industry and businesses into the future.
Established in 2010 through the merger of Food Adelaide and Flavour SA to help unite the SA food industry and provide central delivery of key services, Food SA is the State’s new peak industry body aiming to help grow value and opportunities for all.
To grow industry, Food SA will deliver a comprehensive range of programs which service the broad SA food industry and help ensure South Australia and Adelaide is recognised on the world map as home to fresh pristine produce, and innovative consumer demanded products.
A range of sectors also have associations operating in South Australia or Australia wide. Some of these can be found in Industry Sector Development.
The South Australian Food Centre is a collaborative partnership between industry and government and has been established to grow a thriving and sustainable South Australian food industry through activities of the SA Food Strategy 2010-2015.
