The Premier’s Food Council Food Forum is effectively the ‘voice’ of industry to the government.
It is chaired by the Hon. Paul Caica MP, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and consists of members of the existing Premier's Food Council plus targeted guests who meet quarterly.
Local, national and international guests are invited to address industry issues.
