The Food and Wine Secretariat is responsible for the management and operations of the Premier's Food Council, SA Wine Industry Council, Inter-agency Food and Wine Issues Group and its associated Committees.
Its role is to ensure the effective conduct of both Councils, to provide executive and advisory support to Council members, to undertake research on issues under consideration by both Councils, to manage recruitment and ongoing liaison with members and to develop key tools to assist Council members to monitor the governance and growth of the SA food and wine industries.
